Bruce Waddell has been Editor-in-Chief of the Scottish Daily Record & Sunday Mail since February 2009. Prior to this he was editor of the Daily Record for six years and editor of its great rival, the Scottish Sun, for five years before that.
He has had a long and distinguished record in popular journalism, beginning with Johnston Press (now owners of The Scotsman) and then moving to The Sun as a sub-editor.
Bruce lives in Edinburgh with his wife Cathy and his son Daniel from where he pursues his enthusiasm for classic cars, cinema, golf and, of course, football.
